The whole track is based on a sound effect "low health warning" from the game (it sounds through the whole track) and the rest of the song is representing the active pace of life people are having regardless of constant risk and emotional/physical exhaustion - we have to go forward, be productive and pull through. The middle part is where hi-hats turn into a helicopter sound with a fighter jet flying above us, followed by the concussion (I tried to recreate how concussion feels through the sound with high-pitched and irritating soundscapes). It happens not only at the front line. Similarly volunteers have sudden meltdowns that come out of nowhere. Just because no one is supposed to live under such pressure. We all are damaged by this war, but no one is waiting for us to have some rest. So you stand up and resume the fight, which is different for each of us, but we all contribute what we can to the victory.
